I was impressed with Dr. Grossman's understanding of my son's case coming in as a new patient having seen the Neural Surgery Department first. It was a kind of backwards appointment, but I appreciated that she had taken the time to review the case. She also listened thoughtfully and thoroughly on [redacted] background and was very respectful of everything we had to say. Her and I were very aligned on the plan and moving forward, and I felt very confident that there would be a good series of next steps towards my son's [redacted] surgery and the conference.

Dr. Grossmann is wonderful and always very thoughtful in her approach with our daughter. She listens, looks at her as a whole person and genuinely cares about her well-being.

Very good communication, helps me understand my child's process and how we can better help him. So I'm very grateful.

This care provider is very caring. She's consistent. She checks in. She follows up with medication even when I have problems with the pharmacy. I enjoy having her be my daughter's care provider and I wouldn't want to have anyone else.

Dr. Lily Grossman was very professional, very nice, and answered all my questions and gave us a bunch of information on how to help my son's headaches and gave us a month to take a medication to see if it worked. I was very pleased with that. Instead of not giving me anything like some doctors do, I was very pleased with her. We'll be going back in a month or two to see her.

This was the first time we'd met dr Grossmann, not only did we get seen early, she was patient and kind with our [redacted] year old and us as she got to know our situation
