Our experience with Dr Balaban was unbelievable. He spent over an hour and a half with us. We look forward to our next appointment for continuing care. We're very happy to have found Dr Balaban and not surprising that we found him at MGB!

Dr. Balaban is a fairly new provider for me I've only seen him three times. He took over my care from a fellow, Dr. [redacted] I am followed in this specialty due to a Inflammatory neurological disorder. I've have the condition since [redacted] As my condition has progressed the need to change some providers has occurred leading me to be with Dr. Balaban. I feel confident that he's a team player which is essentially to the care of my very rare condition. He's demonstrated his ability to communicate and collaborate with my other providers inside and outside the MGH system. I have great confidence in will continue to be cared for in the most exacting manner I've become accustomed to both from Mass General Brigham and [redacted] in western Massachusetts.

Dr Balaban has been a life safer in helping our father with Lewy Body Dementia! He was incredibly helpful, informative and attentive to my proud father. Our only difficulty has been getting appointments.

MGH has consistently been the best in the world by far.

I have a very complicated medical history. Dr. Balaban spent 90 minutes with me discussing my medical records. He was kind and compassionate. Most importantly, Dr. Balaban has a strong understanding of my disease (a lot of providers do not). He offers knowledge, insight and options, that in ten years I have never been given. I have seen many neurologists but have never been as confident in one as I am in Dr. Balaban.

Dr. Balaban was friendly, attentive , knowledgeable and kind. It was a positive experience.
