Gratefully I am feeling better after my visit. Dr. Ortega was a good listener and caring.
Listened and explained everything thoroughly
Because my area of concern is a pelvic floor prolapse, I entered the exam room with trepidation, but the nurse and doctor reduced my anxiety as much as possible.
Great experience
He was quick to evaluate, discern, make recommendations, and assist me with making the right choices for myself. He was knowledgeable and informative. Best of all, he believed me, and respected my ability to make the right choices for myself given the information he gave me.
