I was treated with respect, and I was listened to.
Dr Ortega is exceptionally kind, knowledgeable, thorough, compassionate, insightful and thoughtful about the care he provides. He goes above and beyond to help his patients get the care they need. It is rare to find a specialist who provides this kind of care in the current healthcare environment.

Because my area of concern is a pelvic floor prolapse, I entered the exam room with trepidation, but the nurse and doctor reduced my anxiety as much as possible.
