I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding care that Dr. Lazarus provided me last week and comment briefly on the exceptional qualities he brings to his work. It was clear that he prioritizes his patient well-being, he took the time to listen to my concerns thoroughly, answering my questions with patience, and ensuring I felt comfortable and informed at every step. His knowledge and expertise shone through, which gave me confidence in my treatment and alleviated the anxieties I had. He was very kind, empathic and compassionate. He allowed me to feel heard, understood, and valued. The clarity and patience with which he communicated about my complex situation, helped alleviate my concerns and made me feel empowered. Dr Lazarus is not the first infectious disease provider I have been assigned to, but he is by far the most knowledgeable and helpful, He is always on top of ALL my overall issues, not just infectious disease. Dr Lazarus was exceptional in his willingness to ask questions in a clear, concise and non-threatening manner. He showed great patience and encouraged discussion with me. In my mind, he stands out in this regard. I was very favorably impressed.

Good bed side manners and the explanation of the prescribed treatment hopefully will work.
