This visit was for physical, for a checkup, and it went well. It was very thorough. I wasn't feeling well in the office that day, so we were able to talk about it. And also, Dr. Hong was able to provide suggestions for me to look out for things just to make sure that I would be feeling better in a couple of days, and if I wasn't, I was to call.

I am extremely satisfied with Dr. Hong as my PCP. She's friendly, polite and always professional and thorough in her assessments and recommendations. She's quick to respond to any possible or emerging health issues. For instance, after cardiac issues emerged during my hospitalization with covid this past summer, she's been closely following my response to medication. She has no hesitation referring me to specialists if either she or I feel it's necessary. I give her very high marks as a physician.

Dr. Jennifer Hong is one of the best doctors I've seen. She's extremely professional, has amazing bedside manner, is super knowledgeable, empathetic, and she's a pleasure to work with. I was able to get an appointment and there was flexibility within having to change the appointment. Her actual care and bedside manner was wonderful. She was aware of who I was before she came to see me. She asked me some background information and she did also introduce herself in terms of her care.
