A Top Hospital in America
Mass General is recognized as a top hospital on the U.S. News Best Hospitals Honor Roll for 2024-2025.
Dr. Hao is just a wonderful, caring doctor who took a lot of time to understand my pain and looking to do procedures to be helpful and it was just greatly appreciated.
I deeply appreciate the attention that Dr. Hao has given me on my pain journey, and I look forward to working with him and the rest of the team in the future. Thank you very much.
My provider was extremely helpful and very friendly. At the time I had a really bad flu. So he was respectful with that and saying that if I wanted I could let him go. But I did take his questions and spoke with him. [redacted]. I appreciate my doctor. He's friendly and nice.
Thank you
Very open, focuses on my needs and ensures that I agree with the treatment plan. Everyone in the office is very nice and make you feel very comfortable.
Doctors were very helpful, easy to speak to and listen to me with respect.they asked me many questions ! [redacted]
I would have liked if Dr Hao gave me a "big picture" overview of what I might expect moving forward with my condition - what the options might be, timeframes, etc. OTOH, I probably didn't say enough to elicit this from him.
Top of the line!
Dr. Hao was very good with his communication, asking me if I had questions, explaining thoroughly what he thought was going on. He had a very caring disposition, period. And he made me feel valued and heard.
Dr. Hao is incredibly approachable, patient, and very clear in his explanations. I felt completely at ease and in capable hands the entire time. Even more importantly, his recommended treatment has already resulted in dramatic improvement in my condition.
