This was my first visit which went very well.
Positive experience. Took 6 months to get in with this dept but it was worth it.
As before at MGB, the care was absolutely first rate. Only the communication systems- the telephone operations, the Patient Gateway, etc is inferior
She listened carefully and supported my choices for moving forward

Dr. Goodheart is kind and caring and considers the patient as well as the family. She is extremely knowledgeable in her area of expertise to guide us with care and explains everything to make it easy to understand. She truly cares for the whole patient and not just the illness. We are extremely pleased with her care.
Dr. Goodheart is excellent. Very sensitive and able to help you navigate all of the referrals and understand how all of the treatment you're getting from all the various doctors. I just can't say enough wonderful things about her.
Dr. Goodheart always listens ands gives all the time needed to answer my questions and makes sure I understand her answers. She meets all my medical needs.
All of my questions were answered. I felt very comfortable during our meeting and I am looking forward to our in person meeting in August.
