My comment is it was a very extremely positive appointment with Dr. Dickson, which was not the case in the last appointment prior to this. I was very happy that he did answer questions and seemed very positive and left no question for my not wanting to come back to his office, which is what I felt when I left the last time. So it was a good visit, a good appointment.

I thought the visit with my doctor virtually was very insightful. Thank you.

He was very attentive and welcomed our children to attend out visit and provide feedback. He took the time necessary to listen to all our questions and concerns.

Caring and considerat. Never felt rushed. Dr. took my poor hearing into consideration when discussing my health concerns.

I can't say enough about our experience with Dr. Dickson. The time he took explaining his text results, the patience he had if we had questions. His compassion and kindness he had.

I'm trying to get some information. I put it on the portal and it said one to three business days. I'm now in my third business day and I have not heard. I have requested another comment from the doctor as to a problem we have with the meds being that my husband lost them and I don't have the meds. So I needed to speak to somebody about where I should be going with all of this and I have not heard back. So I'm going to check my portal now and see if I can find out what's going on. Otherwise Dr. Dickson was incredibly amazing and we are very happy with all of that. I was waiting for the response as to what I should do about lost medications which was an answer.

I would give him a 10.

it was my first visit with Dr. Dickson neurologist. He was very thorough. Talk to us for over an hour and a half. We walked away really feeling good about his care. I have nothing but a positive experience at Mass General with regards to my visit with Dr. Dickson.

dr dickson really listened to what my issues were, was very knowledgeable, and gave me a great plan for follow up

He is a wonderful man and he also is a professional doctor as a care provider. I can't think of a nicer person that would be better than he to be doing what he's doing for me.
