About Janice Thai, MD
Dr. Thai is a board-certified radiologist with clinical expertise in breast imaging and intervention. She specializes in multimodality imaging for the screening and diagnosis of breast cancer. Her clinical and research interests include novel approaches and innovations in minimally invasive breast procedures and interventions. She is committed to achieving excellence in patient-centered care, patient outcomes, access and experience. Dr. Thai has a life-long passion for science and medicine. She is the recipient of many awards and honors including the Glamour Magazine/Saturn "Women at Their Best" Award, 2000, City University of New York Honorary Jonas Salk Research Scholar, 2005, the Radiological Society of North America, Roentgen Resident Research Award, 2020, the Thrall Innovation Grant Award, 2022 and Excellence in Resident Education Teaching Award, 2024.
