She was running a bit late but the nurse saw me and told me this and went to check on things for me. Not many offices do this or care. The doctor also apologized for the wait. I understand that this is usually not the doctor's fault so it was fine but I wanted to commen to be sure you knew that they were concerned about it.
I feel the care provider provided excellent service to me. And every time I've seen her, she's been very excellent compared to anyone I've been with as a patient. Thank you.
