About Stephanie Kiser, MD, MPH

Stephanie Kiser, MD/MPH is an attending physician in the Department of Internal Medicine, Division of Palliative Care and Geriatric Medicine and the Clinical Director for Palliative Care. Dr. Kiser received her medical degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She went on to complete her residency in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at Vanderbilt University in Nashville Tennessee. Following this, she completed her fellowship in Palliative Care through the Harvard Palliative Care Interdisciplinary Fellowship Program, and joined the MGH Palliative Care service as an attending in September 2020. Dr. Kiser attends on the inpatient palliative care services and started the palliative care clinic within the MGH Adult Comprehensive Sickle Cell Disease Center. Her academic interests include clinician well-being and resiliency, resident and fellow education and clinical innovation in palliative care.
