The nurse and doctor were great
The first time I call into the office I was in queue and got connected to someone and then was disconnected and I had to call in again. This also happened to me trying to get in touch with the Urology department yesterday ( I was disconnected twice yesterday before I just sent an email.
It didn't seem she was listening it was an in and out appointment not even 5 in the room with her [redacted]
Dr. Tiao was excellent. She explained things well, and my 2 biopsies were done quickly.
The nurse and doctor were wonderful and very friendly.
