Dr. Abraham Cohen is originally from Mexico. He completed his training in internal medicine at St. Elizabeth's Medical Center, nephrology at Boston Medical Center, and transplant nephrology at Massachusetts General Hospital. As the lead transplant nephrologist for the Mass General Equity in Kidney Transplantation (EqKT) Initiative, he is looking forward to benefitting all historically disadvantaged patients, including the LatinX and Black communities.

Dr.Cohen and staff have always been polite, kind, Informative... I feel the confidence to converse with him about any issues, treatment, diagnosis, prognosis,,, regarding condition.

Dr. Cohen is very welcoming. He listens to my questions and answers them and takes as much time as I need, which I really appreciate. And he is very thorough.

Lab results come to me on Patient Gateway. Dr. Cohen spoke to me about the results (and reassured me they were fine) at my recent visit but no one from the office calls me about the results unless there is something wrong.
