Research

Dr. Waryasz is an active researcher in both orthopedic surgery and strength and conditioning. He has extensively published in foot and ankle surgery, orthopedic trauma and sports medicine. He is actively involved in all types of research including basic science and clinical. He has a special interest in bioabsorbable orthopedic fixation.

He is an active member of the Foot and Ankle Research and Innovation Lab (FARIL) at Mass General and lectures globally on topics pertaining to foot and ankle surgery and sports medicine.? He enjoys performing research to help innovate patient care and improve the patient care experience. He is active in product design and surgical innovations.

Greg Waryasz is the best. He got my son in on the same day as his injury. He was very receptive. He ordered the correct tests. He got them all ordered on the same day and he let me know immediately the results.

I was seen promptly after having a series of X-rays. Each provider along the way was very respectful, knowledgeable and helpful with regards to my particular needs and situation. I really feel like I was being treated like a valued patient and look forward to continuing care as needed and instructed.

After about 3 years of off and on calf issues Greg took the time to figure out what was wrong. He is the only doctor to go to for lower extremity issues.
