Dr. Jackie Chu is an amazing doctor. She always listens to my concerns, has an open discussion with me and provides a treatment plan that is thoughtful, concise and well explained. She is always reachable any time I have questions or concerns. I wouldn't want any other primary care doctor in the MGB.

Last month I had three UTI infections and I didn't get the proper medication treatment for it. I reached out to Dr. Chu, who is my infectious disease doctor. Great experience, top notch PCP.
I didn't have enough time with the provider because I was rushed to Mass General in an ambulance. So I did not have enough time to talk to her after everything.
Great staff great doctor just a great experience all along
Dr. Chu was wonderful. She spent a lot of time with me. She explained everything. She was kind. [redacted]. She did have a mask on. But I appreciated everything that she said and all the time she spent with me. Thank you so much.
