Not good at communicating - conflicting info regarding options. Seemed somewhat irritated that I had come back for more info or clarification. .

The doctor took the time to explain what was going on and explained different ways to treat it. I was able to understand what was going on and decide how to proceed with treatment. I felt comfortable making my decision.
