Dr. Kronenberg has been doing an exceptional job managing my complex healthcare and mental well being. She is kind and always prepared for our meetings whether in person or via zoom. And obviously I had no idea what to expect and I was so pleasantly surprised, relieved, and thrilled at how fantastic she was and caring and engaged and interested that I have far less concerns about my future care than I did when I heard that [redacted] was going to be retiring. So this was a really good experience and I am feeling really confident about how my care will be moving forward.

Fran Kronenberg is an excellent doctor, quite knowledgeable, quite connected with Mass General System and all specialties. She takes very seriously all your symptoms, talks with you quite a bit in order to come to a proper diagnosis. I couldn't rave enough about her. She's wonderful.
