Dr Frank is an outstanding provider. She balances kindness and compassion with intellect and expertise. I appreciate that she starts by reviewing where things were when we last met, because it suggests that she is engaged and aware of my individual health circumstances. She is familiar with other health conditions and explains how, if at all, they may be related to the condition I see her for. Lastly, it's always nice to have a provider genuinely care about the patient beyond the symptoms, and perhaps that is what sets Dr Frank apart from most other providers. She's personable in a way that eases my medical anxiety, and finds a way to bring much needed levity into the conversation. I wish she treated more than the lungs!
