Dr. Hession is a knowledgeable, caring physician and I am blessed to to have her for my doctor.

Dr. Hession is a very good doctor. She listens, she's sensitive and she's patient-oriented. Her team is excellent also. I'm very happy with her and her team. The only hiccup at Mass General West is sometimes the blood work labs get backed up, but that's not her fault. Thank you. Bye.

I appreciate her insight into things like vaccines and her acknowledging and understanding my questions about them. I am comfortable with Dr. Hession's guidance and care. Further, I find her nurse/assistant to be very warm and friendly. I've had the same one for the past several years and she always greats me warmly like a friend and is able to share insights in a friendly manner. It's very comforting and much appreciated after a long drive thru traffic and the stress of trying to find a parking space.
