Mass General is recognized as a top hospital on the U.S. News Best Hospitals Honor Roll for 2024-2025.
Dr. Lui was very attentive to my concerns and answered all my questions and explained all my options and what they were going to do that day. And because that procedure was unsuccessful, I need to go back for another procedure, but Dr. Lui explained everything to me in a way that I could understand and I feel confident in understanding what we ... I liked that he clearly laid out a couple of options I had for how to proceed and answered my questions straightforwardly. I felt very comfortable with him. I can't recall the roles/positions of the two women in the room (one was a trainee), but they were extremely compassionate.

Both made me feel at ease as I was extremely nervous for the appointment. The one thing that was bothered me were the missed opportunities to tell me that I was seeing a resident. I wasn't told in the scheduling ... Read More
