Dr. Souter has been an amazing doctor and very patient throughout this process, explaining every step of the way and answering any questions. Would highly recommend her.
She seems very knowledgeable and competent, which gives us comfort in our treatment plans. She's easy to talk to and made us feel very positive about the process and outcome.
Irene was very kind, seemed very knowledgeable, and also personable at the same time.

But, I am sorry to say that it was not a pleasant appointment. She really did not make me feel comfortable, much less did she show empathy. [redacted]
Dr Souter was very kind and helpful in taking this next step in my life. Thank you for explaining things clearly and the process along with getting to know me as a person, not just a patient.
Thank you.
The entire care team went above and beyond to ensure I was as comfortable as possible during my D&C procedure. On what was probably the saddest and most traumatic day of my life, they made me feel safe and cared for. I will never forget their kindness. I am beyond grateful that I have been able to receive fertility care at Mass General.
She was very thorough and I appreciated it!

And I really felt like all of my questions ... Read More
