I have had the pleasure of meeting some very good doctors at Mass General, and I have also met doctors through my husband, who is also a patient at Mass General. But, I am sorry to say that it was not a pleasant appointment. She really did not make me feel comfortable, much less did she show empathy. [redacted]
Dr Souter was very kind and helpful in taking this next step in my life. Thank you for explaining things clearly and the process along with getting to know me as a person, not just a patient.
Thank you.
The entire care team went above and beyond to ensure I was as comfortable as possible during my D&C procedure. On what was probably the saddest and most traumatic day of my life, they made me feel safe and cared for. I will never forget their kindness. I am beyond grateful that I have been able to receive fertility care at Mass General.
She was very thorough and I appreciated it!
I was super impressed by Dr. Souter in the FGH fertility service clinic. I was initially very nervous for my visit. And I really felt like all of my questions ... Read More
It was a very going experience
Dr. Souter was not only very knowledgeable, she was also very caring in the way she spoke to me and very understanding and very concerned to give me the best possible care that she can. And she explained everything thoroughly and was a delight to talk to.
Very personable and knowledgeable [redacted].
I was really upset about the fact that she was almost a half hour, but she was sincerely apologetic. She took my concerns seriously and did voice her own, which I appreciate. I feel comfortable continuing my care with her at this point.
