Dr. Pratt has always treated me with respect, listened carefully and provides helpful and clear information/feedback. I am very satisfied with the care and attention Dr. Pratt and the office staff provide. The Gastroenterology department is top notch and I am thankful to have access to the care they provide.
I've been under Dr Pratts care for 18 years for a chronic disease - he's excellent in every way- open, Engaged, asks great questions, reviews test and lab findings fully, empathic - he's a pleasure to work with.
Dr Pratt is wonderful provider. Always listens to me. Best part is he sits and faces me when we are meeting. He's never typing on the computer away from me during our visit. He makes me feel important and very respected. Really appreciate that about him.
Dr. Pratt is an outstanding Doctor who is intelligent and extremely caring. If the administration would listen to him, MGH would be first rate. Until then..
Dr. Pratt is very knowledgeable and thoughtful and has always considered my opinions and given feedback. He is a wonderful doctor and has provided excellent care.

He was easy to talk to and had questions that I had hoped he would ask. He seemed to have a good rapport with his fellow, Dr. [redacted] She was also easy to talk to ... Read More
