A very good PCP who also knows the very best specialists to refer me.
I had a virtual visit with Dr. Phan that went very smoothly. We reviewed my history and talked about current issues. She is very attentive and interactive.
Dr Phan does listen to what I have to say. we then address each of my concerns one at a time. then she goes over in list form all I discussed with her to make sure she got it all and to make sure I am satisfied. I like that she does this routine with me.
