The provider was knowledgeable and personable, period. We had an excellent conversation and covered all the bases associated or that would be associated with our upcoming travel. This was the travel clinic, so we were very happy overall with the appointment.

The healthcare provider was excellent, very, very sociable, very, very pleasant. That was great. Very, very difficult getting to the hospital, really, really hard to get out of the hospital. Thank you.

This is one of best care provider I have ever seen. Dr. Robbins spent quite some time to explain the pros and cons of the options I have and recommended suitable one for me. He also checked my immunity vaccine history to make sure I won't miss anything for my trip. Overall I'm very satisfied with this visit.

Dr Robbins is with outside reservation the best physician in the Mass General Hospital system.

As he had 12 years ago, he was knowledgeable, friendly, warm, and thorough, and he went above and beyond the call of duty, recommending specific insect-repellents and other treatments that he thought would benefit me, and gave me a recommendation for a museum to visit in [redacted]!

Excellent experience. Really took the time to discuss my situation and new my medical history which is very complex. Highly recommend him and he spent an hour with me.
