A Top Hospital in America
Mass General is recognized as a top hospital on the U.S. News Best Hospitals Honor Roll for 2024-2025.
My experience was great as always. From the secretary, medical assistants and Dr Gadd. I have always been treated with care and compassion.
Dr. Gadd explained things well and in an easy to understand manner. She responded to my concerns
Sincere, caring, thorough
I was very impressed with how caring they were in the office and the time they all took to listen and answer all my questions.
Extremely helpful
I had wonderful care at Newton Wellesley Hospital. The mammogram visit was done thoroughly and efficiently and the follow up appointment with Dr Gadd conducted immediately afterward. I trust Dr Gadd and find her to be empathetic, a great listener and very reassuring. She is an excellent doctor.
Good.
Dr. Gadd went beyond any other medical experience I have had. I had put in a request to see her as a new patient. She called me at home one early evening to set up an appointment and actually met with me the next day. At the appointment she effectively and sensitively discussed the issues . Dr. Gadd was super helpful and nice. And although she had to request another test for me, she was able to get me that test right away so that I didn't have to return to Mass General. So that was a huge time saver and she went out of her way to do that and it was greatly appreciated.
She was extremely full of knowledge and didn't hesitate to answer all my questions. Also made herself available on the portal, which I liked very much.
