- For non-urgent calls, please wait until Monday when the Medical Genetics team is back in the office to answer your questions.

Who to speak to: The on call doctor
Important things to know:
- The Medical Genetics office is closed on weekends.
- All calls must go through the on call doctor or wait until 8:00 am on Monday.
Reason for call: Medication refill request
The best way to reach us:

Who to speak to: All medication refills will be passed along to the doctor who gave you the prescription.
Important things to know:
- Please allow 10-14 days to process medication refill requests.
- Many medications are specialty drugs that need prior authorization that take extra time.
- Some medications need extra time to be made and packaged.
