The Mass General Cancer Center Lifestyle Medicine Program is pleased to offer a virtual Lifestyle Medicine Group Visit Program for people who have been treated for cancer. Lifestyle Medicine is the use of evidence-based lifestyle approaches including a primarily whole food and plant-based diet, regular physical activity, restorative sleep, stress management, avoidance of risky substances and behaviors, and positive social connections, all to prevent disease and maintain health.

The Lifestyle Medicine Group Visit Program is a 4-week clinical program during which our lifestyle medicine experts will provide education, tools, and resources on various healthy lifestyle topics related to cancer survivorship. Participants will have the chance to discuss their experiences regarding starting or resuming healthy habits after cancer treatment in a supportive group setting.

Group visit models can offer an informative, supportive and interactive environment to learn the skills that will help you to make lasting healthy behavior changes.
