Cancer and COVID-19: Dr. David Ryan Talks with Dr. Inga Lennes

Cancer and COVID-19: Conversations from the Front Line is a new video series hosted by Dr. David Ryan, Chief of Hematology/Oncology and Clinical Director of the Mass General Cancer Center, and provides a behind the scenes look at the lives of our front line physicians, researchers, and nurses during the time of COVID-19.

In this video, Dr. David Ryan chats with Dr. Inga Lennes, Senior Vice President for Service Excellence and Practice Improvement at the Massachusetts General Physicians Organization, and a lung cancer physician at the Mass General Cancer Center. Dr. Lennes discusses her role as part of Mass General's Hospital Incident Command System (HICS) and how HICS was activated in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. She explains how HICS works, and how Mass General is working to transition from an incident command structure back to regular hospital operations.
