Cat Neville
The Cancer Center’s Story Project is an effort to capture stories from our community of patients, friends, family, clinicians, and staff who have been affected by cancer in some way. This is Cat's Story.
- Cat Neville is a high school student who is interning as a receptionist here at the Mass General Cancer Center.
- "I’ve never run into a grumpy patient."
“A lot of them (patients) come in here with a positive attitude and they are very patient with staff, especially me because I’m so new. But they’ll joke around with the staff and I think the best part is that a lot of them will come in and they’ll already know David and Natasha. He (David) won’t even have to ask their name and he can just check them. It makes the appointment go so much smoother and not feel that dreadful for them. I’ve never run into a grumpy patient.”
