Research

Dr. Randolph's research centers on the recurrent laryngeal nerve and its management and preservation during thyroid cancer surgery. This involves both human and animal studies and focuses on the electrophysiologic manifestation of neural injury during monitored surgery. Also his research focuses on thyroid cancer lymph node detection and management and revision surgery for thyroid cancer.

The fellow who saw me (don't recall his name) was very informative. Dr. Randolph knew everything about my case and had to re-explain something once. There's a typo in the information sheet in RFA, 6th bullet point.

It was my first visit and I was very surprised the MD didn't have any info on me other than a referral. No biopsy information or history of my case. On my next visit I will carry with me all the medical reports.
