Clinical Interests

Thoracic oncology including lung cancer, esophageal cancer, pleural-based malignancies, palmar hyperhidrosis, chest wall deformity, benign esophageal disease, minimally invasive procedures, PET imaging of lung cancer, and radiofrequency ablation of lung nodules.

Research Interests

Translational research in thoracic oncology focusing on the development of novel gene therapy strategies for lung and esophageal cancer, development and participation in national clinical trials for resectable lung cancer, radiofrequency ablation for unresectable lung cancer, evaluation of novel noninvasive imaging for lung cancer staging.
