Referrals
Your MGH Everett Family Care physician is responsible for arranging all of your medical care including referrals to specialists. Routine referrals may take up to fourteen days to process, so please plan ahead.
Prescription Refills
To refill prescriptions during regular office hours, call 617-394-7500 one day before you need your medication. Please have on hand the name of your medication, the dosage, and the telephone number of the pharmacy you would like to use.
Lab Results
Your primary care physician will send most laboratory results directly to you. In case of an urgent result, we will call you as soon as possible.
