Early recognition and treatment of learning disorders is crucial for optimal outcomes as well as to ultimately save money for school systems, so we are urging all who are concerned about the educational welfare of children to register for this conference.  Our guest speaker, Dr. Kenneth Pugh from Yale University School of Medicine, is a nationally respected expert on dyslexia.  Other featured speakers from Massachusetts General Hospital, MassGeneral Hospital for Children, and affiliated institutions are also very knowledgeable in their fields. We also have Kathleen McClaskey who will speak on technology tools and Ellen Chambers on educational rights of students.

Professional Developmental Points will be offered to all teachers who complete the 2 days of the conference and an assignment. Professional Books, Inc. will have tables at the conference with many books and resources for teachers.  Feel free to contact them ahead of time if you have any special requests.
