Pediatric Cardiac Anesthesiology

Pediatric Cardiology's board-certified cardiac anesthesiologists provide anesthesia, pain-management, and related critical-care services exclusively for pediatric patients undergoing procedures in the cardiac catheterization laboratory. Members of this team also participate in intraoperative TEE, provide sedation or anesthesia for certain diagnostic procedures, and manage patients’ pain in the pediatric or neonatal intensive care units following cardiac procedures.
