From I-495 Traveling South

• Take Exit 38 for Route 38 toward Lowell/Tewksbury. 
• Turn right onto MA-38/Main Street.  Continue to follow MA-38.
• Turn left onto Stackpole Street.  Then turn left onto Hospital Drive.

From I-495 Traveling North

• Take the Lowell Connector ( Rt. 3 North – Exit 35 C) toward Nashua, NH.
• Merge onto Lowell Connector North.
• Turn left onto Gorham Street. Gorham Street becomes Sheraton Way.
• Turn slight right onto Church Street (Rt. 110 E).  Continue to follow Rt. 110 E.
